Q: Does the Bluetooth version of the bulb support voice control?
A: The Bluetooth version of the bulb requires a Tuya Bluetooth gateway and must be a 200-240V voltage version to use voice control through Alexa and Google Home. The 85-265V wide voltage version does not support voice control.

Q: Can the Bluetooth version work properly without a tuya Bluetooth gateway?
A: The Bluetooth version of the bulb can be connected directly via the mobile phone Bluetooth, but this connection method will cause some problems.
Problem 1: When the bulb is not within the Bluetooth range of the mobile phone, the bulb will automatically disconnect.
Problem 2: After you use physical control of the bulb, the bulb needs to be re-paired.
If you use the Tuya Bluetooth gateway to connect the bulb, the above problems will not occur.

Q: How do I choose the voltage option?
A: First you need to know the voltage of your home. Usually in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Colombia and parts of Brazil, the voltage is 110V, and you should choose the 85-265V wide voltage version of the bulb. Most other regions use 220V voltage, and you can choose the 200-240V narrow voltage version of the bulb.
If you don’t know your voltage, you can ask a local electrician or search online, or you can consult customer service.

Q: What should I do if the light bulb does not work properly?
A: You can try to control the light bulb to turn on/off five times in a row with the physical switch, reset the light bulb, and then re-pair it to the app. If it still does not work, you can contact customer service, describe the situation of the light bulb to the customer service, and send a video of the light bulb failure. Note:
1.Bluetooth Version can’t support with voice control. Bluetooth Version Bulbs need Bluetooth gateway required for remote control.

2. When you get 85-265v lamp, It can be used worldwide.
If you choose a 220V light bulb, it can be used normally in most European countries. Brazil (Os demais estados e a capital utilizam tensão 220v.);
Brazil (Paraná, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Bahia e Minas Gerais.), Mexico, Japan and other countries with civil voltages of 110V, please choose 85-265V.
